A discussion took place at the Chief Magistrate Court premises in Colombo, Sri Lanka on 27^th September, 2017 for lawyers attached to the Colombo Magistrate Court Lawyers Association. This discussion looked at the human rights, legal and public health situations that directly affect HIV prevention among MSM and TG groups in Sri Lanka. The discussion was led by former Human Rights Commissioner - Dr. Prathiba Mahanamahewa, Consultant Community Physician – Dr. Janaki Vidanapathirana, Deputy Inspector General of Police – Mr. Ajith Rohana and Community Role Models – Ms. Bhoomi Harendran, Ms. Sakuni Mayadunnage and Mr. Prasanna Hemal.
