We are proud to share that our Executive Director, Dr. Ruchitha Perera, was recognised as one of five Male Champions alongside several well-known professionals in Sri Lanka at the Women in Management (WIM) International Women’s Day event held on the 31st of March at Amari Colombo.

He was honoured for his leadership, advocacy, and sustained commitment to fostering inclusive workplaces and advancing Diversity, Equity, and Inclusivity in Sri Lanka.

As emphasised by Women in Management, “Gender balance is a leadership responsibility.”

Sharing his thoughts, Dr. Perera stated:
