This section provides you with the essential guides, learning materials and templates to set up, revise, or realign the organization s Financial Procedures and HR policies and practices. The guides will support you in setting up, revising or realigning your organization"s financial plan, setting up an accounting system and financial reporting mechanism. The materials provided will teach you to assign roles and responsibilities for the finance and accounting department and provide you with a general accounting guide, bank and cash management, policies for financial management, and forms required for smooth financial procedures. In addition, the learning material will support you in developing, revising, or realign the organization"s Human Resource Management and developing the HR Manual, including HR policies and practices that the organization can adopt.
