The New Generation Sri Lanka (NGSL) 7th Youth Top 40 Awards 2026 on the 28th of July 2026, celebrated the remarkable achievements of Sri Lanka's young leaders whose vision, leadership, innovation, and commitment are driving positive change across the country.

FPA Sri Lanka was proud to support this inspiring initiative by sponsoring the Human Rights and Social Impact Leader award, presented by our Executive Director, Dr. Ruchitha Perera.

The ceremony was graced by His Excellency Semih Lรผtfรผ Turgut, Ambassador of the Republic of Tรผrkiye to Sri Lanka, as the Chief Guest, together with Mr. Eran Wickramaratne, Chairman of Sri Lanka Cricket, alongside members of the diplomatic corps, distinguished corporate leaders, and representatives from non-governmental organisations.

Representing FPA Sri Lanka at the event were Dr. Ruchitha Perera Perera, Ms. Desaree Soysa, Project Consultant โ€“ RFSU, and Ms. Joanne Jayesingha, Consultant โ€“ Resource Mobilization.

Congratulations to all the award recipients and nominees for inspiring the next generation through leadership, service, and a commitment to creating a more inclusive and equitable Sri Lanka.
