⁣⁣⁣The Senior Management Team and staff of FPA Sri Lanka came together on January 1 to welcome the New Year with traditional observances and a fellowship breakfast, marking a moment of reflection and renewed purpose.

The gathering was honoured by the presence of Ms. Aruni Marcelline, President of FPA Sri Lanka’s Board of Directors, who addressed the team, alongside Dr. Ruchitha Perera, Executive Director, who shared an overview of key milestones from 2025 and outlined strategic priorities for 2026.

The 2026 Annual Programme and Budget (APB) was also presented, detailing the organisation’s comprehensive work programme for the year ahead, guided by the theme “Empowering Communities, Sustaining Impact.”

As we step into the year ahead, this collective moment reaffirmed our shared commitment to health, dignity, and equitable access for all communities we serve.
