Registration of Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Workforce Solutions Organizations

 

  1. Background

FPA Sri Lanka invites applications from qualified Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Workforce Solutions organisations. This initiative aims to establish a pool of reliable partners to support our current and future human resource planning requirements.
 

  1. Objective
     
  • Identify and prequalify suitable Talent Acquisition, Recruitment Services, Workforce Solutions agencies
  • Establish a database of approved vendors for various staffing needs
  • Ensure timely, efficient, and high-quality recruitment and manpower outsourcing services
     
  1. Scope of Services

Registered agencies/suppliers may be required to provide:

  • Permanent recruitment services (entry-level to senior management)
  • Temporary/contract staffing solutions
  • Outsourced staffing for operational and project-based needs
  • Specialised talent acquisition (if applicable to industry)
     
  1. Eligibility Criteria

Interested agencies must meet the following requirements:

  • Legally registered business with valid licenses/registrations
  • Minimum 05 years of experience in recruitment services
  • Proven track record with reputable clients
  • Strong database/network of candidates across relevant sectors
  • Compliance with local labor laws and regulations
  • Financial stability and operational capacity
     
  1. Required Documentation

Applicants must submit:

  • Company profile
  • Copy of business registration/incorporation certificate
  • Tax registration details (VAT/Tax ID)
  • Client reference list (minimum 3)
  • Details of past and current projects/assignments
  • Organisational structure and key personnel
  • Any relevant certifications or accreditations
     
  1. Evaluation & Selection Process

Applications will be evaluated based on:

  • Experience and track record
  • Client portfolio and references
  • Service capability and sector expertise
  • Compliance and documentation completeness
     
  1. Registration Validity

Successful agencies will be registered for a period of 03 years, subject to performance review and compliance with company policies.

  • Registration does not guarantee award of contracts or assignments
  • FPA Sri Lanka reserves the right to accept or reject any application without providing reasons
  • Agencies must adhere to ethical recruitment practices and all applicable labor laws
  • Any conflict of interest must be disclosed
