Session on Awareness and Preventive Care for Breast and Cervical Cancers

Mental health is essential throughout a woman's lifespan, impacting her overall well-being, relationships, and ability to navigate life's challenges.

Addressing mental health concerns proactively is crucial, as physical health and mental health go hand in hand.

FPA's Alokaya Counselling Centre contributed to the Women's Day programme organized by 'Circles.Life Sri Lanka' for their employees. The goal was to equip individuals to enhance their overall well-being, productivity, and ability to balance work and personal life, ultimately fostering a more fulfilling and successful life.

Dr. Chintha Rupasinghe, Director of SRH, led a session on Awareness and Preventive Care for Breast and Cervical Cancers.

Ms. Kusumanjalee Thilakarathne, a visiting Counsellor at Alokaya, conducted a session on Mental Health and Self-care Practices.
