Stress, a state of mental or emotional strain or tension resulting from adverse or demanding circumstances has many responses to events that make you unbalanced or unhappy. However a considerable level of stress can make life exciting and boost your energy to fulfil your target (positive stereos) and day-to-day activities. Therefore, managing stress is important and researchers have found new methods which helps to reduce, manage and cope with stress.
This program is for anyone who wants to live happily and enjoy life and is infused with new therapeutic methods like drama therapy, music relaxation therapy etc. Our qualified and experienced facilitators: Dr. Kapila Ranasinghe (Consultant Psychiatrist), Ms. Anoja Weerasinghe (Drama therapist), Dr. Sumithra Tissera (Medical Director, FPA Sri Lanka) and Ms. Badra Udawatta (Psychological Counselor) who possess a wealth of knowledge on the subject will be conducting the program covering multiple aspects in Stress Management.
