About the Call
The Family Planning Association of Sri Lanka (FPA Sri Lanka), with the funding support from The Swedish Association for Sexuality Education (RFSU), invites proposals from organizations committed to advancing Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR) for people with hearing disabilities. This initiative, funded by RFSU, aims to promote inclusivity, empowerment, and improved access to SRHR services for disabled communities in Sri Lanka.
Expected Outcome
Applicants are required to address the following key outcome:
Empower the Disabled Community in Sri Lanka through Improved Access to SRHR Knowledge and Information.
Enable people with hearing disabilities to make informed decisions about their SRHR and overall well-being.
Examples include:
Delivering inclusive sexual education in accessible formats for hearing-impaired individuals.
Creating advocacy programs to promote the SRHR of people with hearing disabilities.

Project Duration: February 2026 – December 2026
Budget Limit: LKR 4,000,000
Organizations are allowed to use 10% of the total activity cost to cover their HR costs.
Organizations are allowed to use 10% of the total activity cost to cover the admin costs.

Interested organizations must follow the following steps.

Step 04: Email your proposal, budget, company registration certificate & financial audit reports with management letters for 2022, 2023 & 2024 to careers@fpasrilanka.org. Please Cc desaree@fpasrilanka.org. Your email should be titled as “Proposal for RFSU Disability Project”.
