The Family Planning Association of Sri Lanka, a leading national NGO providing reproductive health and family planning services, invites applications from qualified and experienced individuals for the post of Procurement Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and manage procurement of all organizational requirements
Source and negotiate with local and International suppliers
Ensure continuous availability of quality-assured products and supplies
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with logistics and programme teams
Ensure compliance with national regulations and donor requirements
Identify cost-saving opportunities and enhance procurement efficiency while ensuring value for money.
Maintain and Manage a robust supplier database.
Carry out post-procurement evaluation of suppliers
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field
Minimum 5 years’ experience in procurement or supply chain management.
Experience in pharmaceuticals, healthcare, or NGO sector will be an added advantage.
Strong negotiation, analytical, and organizational skills
Familiarity with procurement procedures, regulatory compliance, and ERP systems will be an advantage
