HIV estimations in Sri Lanka are done using Spectrum and EPP software. The National STD/AIDS Control Programme (NSACP) explored the possibility of using AIDS epidemic model (AEM) for estimating HIV incidence from next year. The NSACP recently conducted a 6 day workshop to develop the Sri Lanka AIDS Epidemic Model in Bangkok.
