The event took place in June and presented the work done over the past three years by the SKPA project (Sustainability of HIV Services for Key Populations in Asia), tracked key achievements, challenges and learnings, and shared planned next steps. Many officials from NSACP, CSO organisation members, project consultants and other stakeholders were in attendance. 

Key achievements during the project period: 

• Introduction of the transgender-led clinic, Pathuma Community Service Centre
• NTN Transgender Protection Bill- NTN and iProbono, funded the provincial consultations to map community response
• Penal Code Reform Process- supported the initial round of discussions in drafting the Bill
• COVID related IT Capacity building for stakeholders of the HIV response
• PrEP Demand generation – Increasing awareness and understanding of PrEP (HIV prevention strategy)
• Launch of Trans health services video

SKYPA-2 commenced in July and will operate until June 2025, led by FPA Sri Lanka.
