M & E Unit develops a TABLET application to collect clinic client feedback

FPA Sri Lanka, with the funding support of the IPPF Humanitarian Hub, developed a TABLET application to collect client feedback in static clinics, mobile clinics and associated clinics. The application supports both Android and Apple technology.

Features:

*Offline data collection of up to 1000 records

*Instructions in English and local languages (Sinhala and Tamil)

*Collection of qualitative data in all three languages/characters

*Calculation of Net Promoter Score (NPS) as well as the score for key quality of care aspects disaggregated by the SDP and Service Delivery Channel (Ex:- Static Clinic, Mobile Clinic, Associated Clinic)

*Generates disaggregated outputs by the client profile separately. Ex: - For Youth clients, transgender clients, male/female clients, etc.

We are currently pilot testing the solution in five static clinics. If interested to access the application, you can download it from the google play store.
