As the foremost organization in Sri Lanka for Family Planning and Sexual and Reproductive Health, FPA Sri Lanka continues its tradition of introducing innovative, technological advancements of this field to Sri Lanka.

With Preethi Hot and Preethi Cool Condoms joining the existing Preethi and Preethi Super Condoms, the Preethi brand has expanded to four exciting products.  Manufactured by Karex Industries of Malaysia, these condoms have been produced to conform to ISO 4074-2014 international standards as well as the ASTM D3492-2014 of the United States of America. Further, these have been registered under the Drugs Regulatory Authority of Sri Lanka.

Since the introduction of the Preethi’ brand in 1973, it has continued to win the appreciation and confidence of people and would no doubt continue to do so in the future, as well.

The launch of these two products together with ‘Easy Glide’ took place at the Kingsbury Hotel on the 1st of March in the presence of many media personnel and the FPA Sri Lanka Senior Management Team together with staff from the Social Marketing Unit. Dr. Yakandawala was the key note speaker at this event.
