In 2013, we took the initiative of establishing a youth network by forming youth committees based in each Service Delivery Point of FPA Sri Lanka in 6 districts,namely, Colombo, Nuwera Eliya, Koggala, Ampara, Batticoloa and Mankulam. Young people attached to these committees volunteer in their areas to make SRH information and services accessible to their peers. In April, district level volunteers were trained to be peer-educators, to further strengthen their capacities.
