Dr Nina Puri, a renowned figure in the field of Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR), paid a visit to FPA Sri Lanka and was hosted by the Association at the headquarters. With over five decades of experience in social work, Dr Puri has been actively involved in advocating for the rights of women and children and promoting a 'rights-based' approach to population stabilization and family planning.

As a former President of the Family Planning Association of India and IPPF, she has presented numerous research papers at national and international conferences and frequently addressed the media on health and family welfare issues.

Her association with FPA Sri Lanka goes back many decades, earning her many friends and admirers from the country. We are honoured to have Dr Puri as a friend, supporter and well-wisher of FPA Sri Lanka.
