The following activities took place.

• Sanitation facilities of commonly used evacuation centers were improved.( i.e. Schools/Temples belonging to the Ratnapura and Kalutara District)
• Facilitated the provision of clean drinking water for households affected by floods and landslides in the areas belonging to Ratnapura and Kalutara Districts. Approximately 100
• Wells were cleaned (03 times each) in affected areas belonging to the Kalutara and Ratnapura Districts.
• Enabled an effective innovative response mechanism in the most vulnerable districts in the country:

The construction and placement of a semi-permanent mobile health facility at the Seethawaka Industrial Park. Construction of a Mobile clinic with toilet and medical facilities in a 20 foot container is currently in progress. This structure will be positioned in disaster affected sites as an immediate measure for service provision.
