Responsibilities

• Promoting and selling contraceptives marketed by FPA Sri Lanka to pharmacies, hospitals and clinics etc. in any part of the country.
• Meeting sales targets of the same.
• Maintaining sales records and submitting monthly reports to Senior Management.

Qualifications

• G.C.E. (A/L) with 3 passes.
• A professional qualification in sales/marketing will be an added advantage.
• At least 2 years experience as a sales representative in a recognized organization in FMCG/Pharmaceutical trade.

PersonSpecification

• Age: 20 - 30 years.
• Possess a valid driving license. (motor car and all dual purpose vehicles)
• Excellent command in English & Sinhala. A good command in Tamil would be advantageous.
• Experience in working as part of a team and a self-starter.
• Capacity to work under pressure.

Remuneration

• LKR 15,000.00 - (10 x 460) - 19,600.00 (+ COL + Medical Allowance + Vehicle Allowance + Performance based sales incentives)
